About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Decision & Planning Algorithm Engineer to join our ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of decision-making and planning modules, contributing to the next generation of intelligent driving solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement decision and planning modules within ADAS, including end-to-end planning, trajectory planning, and behavior decision-making.
- Contribute to advanced ADAS functionalities such as mapless urban navigation, mapless autonomous parking, and active safety features.
- Participate in project delivery, debugging, and tuning, ensuring smooth production deployment from both algorithmic and software perspectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on programming skills in C/C++.
- Solid foundation in mathematics and algorithm design; proficient in literature research and technical comprehension.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, pragmatic and persistent in execution, reflective mindset, and excellent team collaboration skills.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience in developing and engineering decision and planning algorithms, including performance evaluation through simulation and data feedback loops.
- Familiarity with probability theory, graph search, numerical optimization, and knowledge of end-to-end learning, large models, and optimal control.
- Proficiency in common robotics software development practices (OOP, unit testing, CI/CD) and tools (Git, Bash, CMake, UML).
Preferred / Plus:
- Publications in top-tier international conferences or journals such as ICRA, IROS, RSS, IJRR, T-RO, etc.
- Hands-on experience in ADAS or autonomous driving projects.
