Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at EQS Group, you will play a key role in shaping the design and usability of our Compliance Cockpit Platform — bringing clarity and simplicity to complex compliance workflows. You'll take ownership of product experiences from discovery to delivery and help elevate how design and AI work together across our organization.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll design experiences that make complex compliance workflows simple, intuitive, and powerful. You'll lead design initiatives across the product lifecycle, partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers, and help bring the user's perspective to every decision. 

You will also be a key player in shaping how our design team uses AI in the design process,   from ideation and prototyping to content generation and usability testing. 

Here's how you'll contribute: 

• Lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features — from research and ideation to polished UI and implementation. 
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to create user-centered, data-driven solutions. 
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant interactions that enhance usability and trust. 
• Present your work clearly, using storytelling to influence stakeholders and guide decisions. 
• Apply AI tools to accelerate design workflows, explore creative concepts, and prototype smarter. 
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and integrate new capabilities into our design processes. 
• Mentor and enable other designers, helping raise the overall bar for design innovation. 
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability across products. 

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. 
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from research insights to final interface. 
• You've designed and shipped products using AI  
• You are passionate about AI, always exploring how new tools and technologies can improve user experience and design efficiency. 
• You're able to level up a design team by sharing best practices and fostering innovation. 
• You're an excellent collaborator, comfortable working closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers. 
• You think strategically — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - web standards, typography, accessibility, color theory, and layout principles.   
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - You can articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.  
• You are fluent in English (C1/C2); German is a plus.
