Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Director to be hired remote anywhere in Germany who thrives on winning new logos and building relationships from the ground up.
This is a pure hunting role—your mission is to identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise customers for our industry-leading SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition within targeted enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to penetrate new markets.
- Prospect and engage C-level and senior decision-makers to uncover business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to maximize pipeline generation.Consistently achieve and exceed new logo revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
- Mandatory experience in industrial software sales (e.g., manufacturing, energy, asset management, operations).
- Proven track record of quota achievement and consistent success in winning large, billion-dollar enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to open doors and create opportunities in complex organizations.Skilled in consultative selling and building compelling business cases.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS KPIs.
- Experience in one or more of our key verticals—manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, rail, pharma, energy & utilities—is highly desirable.
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable.
