What You Bring

Must-Have Experience 

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building or managing AI/ML or data-driven products.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML fundamentals — data pipelines, modeling, experimentation, and inference.
• Proven ability to translate analytical insights into customer value or business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic, outcome-oriented mindset — focused on delivering measurable value, not just features.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1) for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.

Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience in energy, mobility, or smart infrastructure sectors.
• Background in automation or conversational AI (chatbots, recommendations, NLP).
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and monitoring best practices.

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid – up to 2 remote days/week)

As our Senior Product Manager – AI, you'll define and deliver the vision for how AI is integrated across Rabot's product ecosystem — from predictive insights and automation tools to smart, data-driven customer interactions. You'll collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to turn cutting-edge AI ideas into tangible, scalable solutions that drive real impact.

• You've defined and launched the first AI-powered MVP within Rabot's ecosystem — such as a customer support assistant, predictive energy insights, or internal automation tool.
• You've established a clear AI product framework, ensuring smooth collaboration across Data, Product, and Engineering.
• You're recognized as the go-to person for AI strategy within Rabot Energy.
• AI performance metrics (adoption, ROI, automation rate, accuracy) are defined and actively guide roadmap decisions.
• You've laid the foundation for a long-term AI roadmap and capability framework, shaping Rabot's AI-driven future beyond 2026.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Rabot's ecosystem.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across customer experience, energy intelligence, and internal operations.
• Drive discovery and experimentation, rapidly prototyping and validating new AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered features.
• Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations to ensure adoption and long-term impact of AI solutions.
• Develop and track success metrics for AI initiatives, including performance, adoption, ROI, and automation outcomes.
• Champion responsible AI principles — ensuring transparency, privacy, and ethical standards in every implementation.
