Job Description

  • Unterstützung im Bestellwesen bei der Erstellung und dem Tracking von Bestellungen, Einbuchung der Rechnungen über den Wareneingang
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von PowerPoint Präsentationen
  • Organisation von Events, Meetings und Workshops inkl. Raumbuchung und Bewirtungsplanung
  • Unterstützung der Teambetreuung z.B. durch Informationsbereitstellung
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Büroumzügen und Raumausstattung
  • Verwaltung/Aktualisierung des Kanban-Systems des Büromaterials sowie Erstellung von Büromaterialbestellungen.
  • Monitoring der 5S Methode durch vierteljährliche Begehungen und deren Planung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der jährlichen Sicherheitsunterweisungen
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege und Monitoring der abteilungsinternen E-Mail-Verteiler, ggf. Erstellung neuer Verteiler
  • Kleinere, eigenständige Projekte im Bereich Assistenz / Business Development
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Posts/Blogs für den Bereich
  • Austausch mit unserem internationalen Benchmarking Team betreffend Marketing

Qualifications

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Administration oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Team- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit, ziel- & detailorientiert, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation
  • Interesse am Back Office Bereich
