Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau der internen Kommunikation der MAPAL Gruppe
  • Zielgruppengerechte Entwicklung und Erstellung von Texten für alle relevanten Kanäle der internen Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung von Fachbereichen und Führungskräften bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung standortübergreifender Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich Change Management
  • Erstellung von Inhalten für verschiedene Kommunikationsformate im Bereich Strategy & Business Development
  • Mitwirken bei der Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Einführung von regelmäßigen Kommunikationsformaten für die Geschäftsleitung und Führungskräfte

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder Journalismus
  • Sie haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Interner Kommunikation und Unternehmenskommunikation auf internationaler Ebene
  • Sie haben hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie besitzen die Kompetenz, komplexe Botschaften klar und leicht verständlich an verschiedene Interessengruppen zu vermitteln sowie mehrere Projekte/Stakeholder gleichzeitig zu betreuen
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Anwendung mit verschiedenen digitalen Tools und Kommunikationskanälen. Dabei sind Grundkenntnisse in Grafikdesign von Vorteil
