Hybrid Schedule: 3/2 with 3 days being in the office/in the field and 2 remote

Purpose and Duties

The Fleet Planner is responsible for the monitoring and coordination of all maintenance measures

ensuring safe conditions of Beacon locomotives at all times.

• Monitoring and coordination of all maintenance measures excluding MO & WE
• Ensuring an optimal technical condition of our locomotives
• Verification of Release to Service documents received from workshops or mobile technician
• Ensuring of high fleet availability under consideration of maintenance costs
• Verification of Release to Service and maintenance documents/checklists received from the ECM IV function including rejection and obtaining adjustments (correction) in case of deviations
• Manage the complete order processing including invoicing and allocating
• Review and Processing of Maintenance Documentation including actualization of maintenance records
• Recharges Handling
• Coordinating Handover and Return of Locomotives

What we are looking for:

• Technical education or comparable experience in maintenance and repair of locomotives
• Knowledge in maintenance planning and monitoring
• Proven technical knowledge of locomotives/rolling stock
• Experience working in customer services and customer‑centric mindset
• Confident in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail -oriented and organised
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Fluent German and English
