Stellenbeschreibung
- Sie übernehmen die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teams Lager, Produktionslogistik und Verpackung (ca. 50 Mitarbeitende)
- Sie stellen ein effizientes Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen den relevanten Abteilungen Projekt- und Produktionsplanung, Einkauf, Qualität, Produktion und kaufmännischem Versand sicher
- Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Einhaltung von Terminen bei Wareneingang, interner Materialbereitstellung und Verpackung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung des Lagermanagements, der Produktionsversorgung und der internen und externen Verpackung
- Sie übernehmen die Entwicklung, Koordination und Überwachung von Logistikkonzepten für Lager, Produktion und Versandbereiche
- Sie kümmern sich um die Einführung optimierter Materialflusskonzepte sowie Verbesserung und Erweiterung bestehender Konzepte zur Steigerung der Produktivität und dem Ziel der Kostenreduktion
- Sie stellen die Nutzung von Tools und Prozessen innerhalb von SAP S4/HANA, SAP EWM und weiterer spezifischer Tools im Tagesgeschäft sicher und tragen zur Optimierung dieser bei
Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Transport- und Lagerlogistik
- Sie haben mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich interne Logistik sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Lager- und Transportlogistik
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP/S4, SAP EWM mit
- Sie überzeugen mit Ihrer strukturierten, analytischen Arbeitsweise sowie einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern – auch international aus
- Sie sind eine empathische, zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Führungspersönlichkeit, die gerne ein leistungsstarkes und zufriedenes Team aufbaut und motiviert neue Herausforderungen annimmt
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
