Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Pirna. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, performing financial analyses, maintaining accurate account records, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves supporting customer needs through effective communication and ensuring smooth account operations.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Finance-related tasks and basic financial knowledge
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is a plus
