Du interessierst dich für Mergers & Acquisitions und möchtest die Kunst des "Deal Makings" aus erster Hand lernen? Schmid Wagner Unternehmensnachfolge GmbH sucht eine/n motivierte/n Werksstudent/in, der/ die unser Team bei der Akquise und Bewertung von Übernahmezielen im Small Cap Bereich unterstützt. Bei uns bekommst du die einzigartige Möglichkeit, den gesamten M&A-Prozess von der Suche bis zum Abschluss eines Deals mitzuerleben und aktiv mitzugestalten.

Aufgabenbereiche

  • Marktanalyse: Du analysierst verschiedene Branchen und identifizierst spannende Übernahmeziele im Small Cap Segment in der DACH-Region.
  • Finanzanalyse: Du erstellst Finanzmodelle und Bewertungen, um die wirtschaftliche Lage potenzieller Zielunternehmen einzuschätzen (z.B. Durchführung von Bewertungen).
  • Deal Sourcing: Du spürst potenzielle Akquisitionsziele über verschiedene Kanäle (z.B. Branchenberichte, Netzwerke, M&A-Plattformen, Berater-Netzwerke) auf.
  • Due Diligence: Du unterstützt uns bei der Überprüfung finanzieller, rechtlicher und operativer Aspekte der Übernahmeziele (z.B. Analyse der Unternehmen).
  • Projekt Management auf C-Level: Du erstellst eigenständig Empfehlungen und Präsentationen für das Management, Sell-Side CEOs und unsere Investoren.

Qualifikationen

  • Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang und befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich M&A (z.B. Boutique Advisory), Unternehmensberatung (z.B. MBB, Big 4), Investment Banking (z.B. Private Equity, Venture Capital) oder Finanzanalyse (z.B. Audit, Controlling) sind wünschenswert.
  • Du hast als Werksstudent/in mindestens 15 Stunden die Woche Zeit um uns zu unterstützen.
  • Du bringst gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kenntnisse in Excel, PowerPoint und Finanzsoftware mit.
  • Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
