In unserer Cross Unit für Transformation Advisory arbeiten wir an Projekten, die Unternehmen helfen, ihre Geschäftsmodelle zu transformieren und Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erlangen.

  • Verantwortungsübernahme und Leitung von Projekten
  • Identifikation von neuen Geschäftsfeldern und Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Akquise von Kundenprojekten und Entwicklung von passenden Methoden
  • Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen bei komplexen Fragestellungen und Begleitung bei deren Umsetzung
  • Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für SAP-, Salesforce- oder KI-bezogene Beratungsleistungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an internen Themen, wie z.B. dem fachlichen Ausbau der Cross Unit Transformation Advisory oder Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie und Positionierung im Markt

Skillset

  • Nachweisbare Projekterfahrung in der strategischen Beratung und Steuerung komplexer digitaler Transformationsprojekte sowie belastbares Netzwerk in unseren Kernbranchen
  • Umfassendes technologisches Verständnis für die Integration von SAP-, Salesforce- und KI-Lösungen in bestehende IT-Landschaften
  • Kenntnisse und Zertifizierungen in den folgenden Bereichen: SAP, Salesforce, KI, Datenarchitektur und -management
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und im Aufbau von Teams bzw. Mitarbeitern
  • Sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse über unsere Kernbranchen Energie, Finanzinstitute und Versicherungen
  • Grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
