Wir suchen einen engagierten und strukturierten Praktikanten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Integrationsteams im DocMorris Marketplace. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Integration Manager sowie den Teams aus Business Development, Tech und Sales Management zusammen. Du unterstützt uns bei der technischen Anbindung neuer Partner, hilfst bei der Qualitätssicherung und trägst zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei. Die Position bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit umfassende Erfahrungen in den Bereichen E-Commerce, technische Systemintegrationen, CMS-Anbindungen und Business Development zu sammeln.

Tasks

· Unterstützung bei der technischer Anbindung neuer Händler an unsere Plattform.

· Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben (z. B. Tests, Datenvalidierungen).

· Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung technischer Anfragen von Partnern während des Onboardings und Live-Business.

· Analyse von bestehenden Partner-Integrationen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.

· Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Integrations-Templates und Prozessen.

· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um eine reibungslose Partnerintegration und Seller Experience zu gewährleisten.

Requirements

· Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Bereich.

· Detailorientiertes Arbeiten und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten.

· Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

· Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten, sowie die Fähigkeit im Team zu fungieren.

· Erste Erfahrung mit Excel, Confluence, JIRA oder Content-Systemen wünschenswert.

· Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis (z. B. für APIs, CMS-Systeme, Produktfeeds) von Vorteil – aber kein Muss.

· Analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren und basierend darauf Maßnahmen zu definieren.
