We are seeking a reliable and proactive Working Student to support our project team. You will help coordinate tasks, manage communications, and keep the project on track. If you are organized, take initiative, and enjoy making a difference, we would like to hear from you.

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize the project lead's calendar, schedule international meetings, and arrange follow-ups as needed.
  • Inbox & Communication Support: Manage project-related emails, draft responses to routine queries, and ensure important messages are prioritized.
  • Task Coordination: Take ownership of tasks discussed in meetings and follow them through to completion.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with organizing project documentation, preparing presentations, and handling various ad-hoc tasks to support the project team.

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new information and tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Languages: Fluency in English and German
