Tasks

As an HR Generalist (f/m/x) at Pimcore Deutschland, you will…

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Act as the main contact for employees in Germany and handle all HR-related administrative tasks.
  • (Data) maintenance within existing HR tools and employment contract management
  • Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation in line with German labor and data protection laws.
  • Plan and organize local office and team events to foster engagement and a positive work culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes that make Pimcore an even better place to work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field / equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Germany.
  • Good knowledge of general HR processes and German labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
  • Organizational talent paired with the drive to challenge and improve the status quo
