For our Pre-Seed venture capital fund P3A Ventures, we are looking for a Berlin-based working student (all genders), starting immediately. Founded by serial entrepreneur Jannes Fischer, founder of Zenhomes ), P3A Ventures invests in early-stage companies in Europe and the US. We focus on technologies that connect digital systems with real-world assets — in sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, utilities, energy, and space. You will be one of the first members on our fund team, working closely together with experienced founders and operators in venture capital backed startups.

Aufgaben
  • Dealflow: Generate dealflow for the fund by screening databases and accelerator programs, connecting with other investors and industry experts, and more.
  • Outreach: Reach out to and perform screening calls with start-up founders that spark our investment interest, and derive an investment recommendation.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct and present market analyses to validate investment hypotheses and assess opportunities from an investor's perspective.
  • Investment: Create investment memos and pitch investment opportunities to the fund team as part of the investment process.
  • Process building: Establish and optimize fund operation processes, such as AI-supported investment memo generation, research analyses, communications, and more.
Qualifikation
  • Based in Berlin, Germany
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
  • Currently enrolled at a university
  • Interest in startups and venture investments and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently
  • Structured approach to large amounts of startups and information
  • Confidence to engage in discussions with experienced investors
