As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- In this role, you will support strategic and operational price management in the eMobility business area and contribute to the implementation of defined pricing measures. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain comprehensive insights into the pricing processes of a dynamically growing business field.
- A key focus of your responsibilities will be conducting market, competitive, and potential analyses. These analyses form the basis for well‑founded pricing decisions and your first own recommendations for action. In addition, you will support pricing controlling by creating relevant reports and analyses that help assess target achievement.
- You will take responsibility for monitoring and documenting implemented pricing strategies and prepare results in a target‑group‑oriented manner for internal stakeholders. You will also actively contribute to the optimization of automated, price‑relevant processes, working closely with departments such as Sales, Product Management, and Operations.
- As part of cross‑functional projects, you will take on smaller work packages or provide operational support to the project lead. Furthermore, you will be involved in the planning and further development of new services and processes, for example by conducting research or preparing initial concept drafts.
- Another element of your role is the creation of profitability, revenue, and sales volume analyses for products within the eMobility portfolio. You will support the portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle, with a strong focus on analysis and operational support.
- To round off your responsibilities, you will support internal and external communication related to the product portfolio in collaboration with Marketing. In addition, you will prepare training materials and help communicate pricing concepts to sales teams.
What makes you stand out
- You have a strong interest in price management and enjoy familiarizing yourself with topics related to market, competitive, and data analysis.
- Numbers do not intimidate you — on the contrary, you enjoy using them to understand relationships and support well‑founded decision‑making.
- Initial experience in analytical or product‑related environments (e.g. product management, controlling, business analytics) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You work in a structured and detail‑oriented manner, keep an overview even when handling multiple topics at the same time, and enjoy improving processes and contributing new ideas.
- You are able to independently take on smaller tasks within a project context and thereby contribute to shared success.
- You communicate openly, are team‑oriented, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from Sales, Product Management, and other departments.
- You prepare results clearly and comprehensibly — both in writing and in presentations — enjoy explaining topics, and support others, for example in training sessions.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to further develop yourself in the pricing environment.
- You approach tasks analytically and enjoy understanding complex interrelationships. Initiative and a proactive, forward‑looking mindset set you apart.
