Aufgaben

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Stores mit den richtigen Talenten besetzt sind und unsere Teams die bestmögliche Lern- und Entwicklungserfahrung erhalten. Dabei verbindest du Recruiting, Onboarding, Training und People Development mit unserer Culture & Value Mentalität.

  • Recruiting & Onboarding – aktives Bewerbermanagement bis zur Einstellung und Vertragsabwicklung
  • Gestaltung, Planung und Begleitung von Onboarding-Prozessen neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Learning & Development – Identifikation von Talenten sowie Potenzialanalysen
  • Organisation und Umsetzung von Trainings & Development-Programmen
  • Betreuung von Feedback-Gespräche mit Mitarbeitenden & Trainees
  • Culture & Values – Umsetzung und Förderung von Diversity & Inclusion Strategien und Wellbeing-Initiativen
  • Health & Safety – Durchführung von H&S-Trainings und Pflege der Schulungsdokumentation
  • Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei ISO-Vorbereitungen
  • Teamwork – in enger Abstimmung mit dem Store Management erarbeitest du operative Personalstrategien und übernimmst die Betreuung der Mitarbeiter*innen in der Filiale
  • Darüber hinaus entwickelst du gemeinsam mit anderen HR-Teamkolleg*innen, neue Programme zur internen Weiterentwicklung und führst Schulungen und Coachings, bedarfsgerecht durch
Qualifikation

BE YOURSELF – Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt HR, Pädagogik, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting, Training oder Development – idealerweise im Retail oder in internationalen Unternehmen
  • Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamgeist
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und Empathie
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
