The role
As a (Senior) Creative Operations Manager at HelloFresh, you will be part of our in-house International agency team based in Berlin. You will play a crucial role in the creative production and roll-out phase of a high visibility redesign packaging project across all HelloFresh International markets.

You will be instrumental in bringing a highly strategic project that plays a defining role in shaping the identity of HelloFresh Group brands, to life.

You will manage the end to end process working with stakeholders across the organization and coordinating an external agency to deliver final assets across 15 markets.

We are looking for a highly experienced, process driven, enthusiastic project manager who can communicate confidently with stakeholders across the business and with various marketing functions on a multi market level.

You'll also bring strong experience across print and/or packaging projects having worked on multi-market, multi-language high impact projects.

What You'll Do

  • Leading creative production and design roll-out phase of all artwork labels
  • Manage the delivery of a large number of assets, coordinating in-house creative teams and external agency in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
  • Own agency onboarding and management throughout roll-out phase
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Category Managers to collect relevant info and ensure deliverables are tracking to time according to key milestones
  • Plan, facilitate and track continuous improvement to ensure project timelines are met and project deliverables stay on track
  • Risk analysis and mitigation with senior management and senior creative teams

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant university degree, education and or experience in marketing, business or other related field of study
  • Passion for creating excellent creative work and shows strong creative and operational judgment
  • 5+ years experience in project management, senior account management roles in agencies and or in-house
  • Strong knowledge of creative operations with a preference for print and packaging knowledge
  • Extensive experience working with creative teams and a strong understanding of creative processes
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience - not afraid to take the lead when necessary to remove silos and ensure continuous alignment
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and based in Berlin
