Live Nation sucht ab sofort eine:n Director Accounting & Tax (x/w/m) in unbefristeter Festanstellung (Vollzeit) für unser Büro in Berlin-Mitte. Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung

Deine Aufgaben
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und US GAAP
  • Verantwortung für den Konzernabschluss der Live Nation GSA Gruppe nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für Steuerstrategie, Steuererklärungen und steuerliche Compliance in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern
  • Führung der gesamten Accounting- und Tax-Funktion (Accounting Operations, Artist Accounting, Group Accounting, General Ledger, Steuern) mit 6–8 Direct Reports
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Abbildung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle im Entertainment-, Touring- und Ticketing-Umfeld
  • Einhaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von SOX-Kontrollen sowie Überwachung interner Kontrollsysteme
  • Weiterentwicklung von Accounting Policies, Prozessen und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern, Steuerbehörden sowie externen Berater:innen
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Business Units, Controlling, Legal und internationalen Finance-/Tax-Teams
  • Direkter Berichtsweg an den CFO und enge Einbindung in strategische Finance-Themen der Region


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Steuern oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 8–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Accounting, Wirtschaftsprüfung und/oder Steuerberatung – davon mind. 3–4 Jahre in leitender Position
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, US GAAP und deutscher Steuerpraxis
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Führungskompetenz: du kannst Teams entwickeln, coachen und motivieren
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Oracle EBS, Datev oder modernen Cloud-ERP-Systemen
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der EMEA-Region
