Founded in 2005, Duronic is a global brand with a presence in the UK and Germany, producing consumer products in sectors such as Health, Home, Kitchen, and Business. We sell online, to resellers, and to wholesalers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Help consolidating our records to make our accounting as efficient and organized as possible.
• Payroll: Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time each month.
• International Taxation & VAT: Handle cross-border VAT and taxation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Collaborate with Accountants Across Borders: Communicate and coordinate with our accountants and colleagues, both in UK and Germany.

Your Profile

• Bookkeeping experience on DATEV.
• Experience or interest in cross-border taxation and international VAT compliance.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different countries.
• Able to speak German and English. English does not need to be perfect, being able to communicate is key.
• A proactive attitude to help us understand better the German taxation system and make use of any benefits that may apply to our company.

At the moment, we believe this is a part time position, 1-2 days a week which may/will grow as the company grows.
