We're after someone who's genuinely interested in Data and AI, already has first professional experience, and is keen to see how real businesses get AI up and running. If you're able to look beyond the buzzwords and get to grips with the actual challenges companies face when rolling out AI, you'll fit right in. Your job is to help our strategic customers make sense of SAP Business AI and get it working for them - practically, not just on paper.

The Role:

As an Implementation (Junior) Specialist for Business AI in our team, you will support strategic customers in activating and adopting SAP's latest Business AI solutions. Your role requires expertise with Artificial Intelligence, but also with adjacent technological challenges, like security and compliance, that are relevant in an enterprise context. Through the support of your teammates and the close collaboration with product management and engineering teams, you will quickly become adept at handling even complex customer scenarios and drive adoption of our solutions

What you bring:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated team player, who is eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment and capable of navigating through stakeholder requests despite ambiguities. Moreover, you should have...

• An excellent university degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD) is a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and similar technologies; knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (e.g. SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business Technology Platform) is a plus.
• Keen interest in supporting customers to leverage artificial intelligence at enterprise scale.
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
