ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and imaginative Senior Copywriter to own and elevate our messaging across every stage of the customer journey. You'll be working with our content distribution and custom content teams to craft everything from compelling campaigns and social content to website pages and punchy outbound copy that converts.
This is a great opportunity to shape a bold, distinctive voice for a high-growth B2B SaaS company that doesn't want to sound like everyone else. If you love finding creative angles, challenging conventions, and turning complex ideas into personality-driven messaging, this role will be a lot of fun.
You will be a key member of our 25-person global Marketing team at Talon.One, dedicated to building a leading brand and driving growth. Reporting to the Head of Content and Communications, you will collaborate closely with teams including Brand & Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Management.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own our brand voice and ensure consistent, clear, and compelling messaging across every channel
- Write and refine website copy, including product pages and landing pages
- Lead our organic LinkedIn strategy, bringing creativity, clarity, and cut-through ideas to our content
- Work with our brand team to concept and write creative marketing campaigns that stand out in a crowded B2B space
- Work with Product Marketing to translate complex features into clear, benefit-led copy that resonates for demand gen creation
- Develop strong product knowledge so you can write with credibility, tailor messages by segment, and speak our customers' language
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 8+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A portfolio that shows range, creativity, and clarity: you can write sharp headlines, tight CTAs, and thoughtful long-form content
- An eye for creative hooks and original angles: you don't default to the typical SaaS playbook
- A strong sense of brand voice and tone, and the judgment to flex it across different audiences and channels
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed: you can juggle multiple priorities and still hit deadlines
- Organized, proactive, and dependable: you take ownership, follow through, and don't need micromanagement
- Commercially savvy: you understand how copy impacts pipeline, engagement, and conversion
