LifeLink Medical in Düsseldorf ist ein innovativ wachsendes Gesundheitsunternehmen, das moderne Versorgungskonzepte entwickelt und umsetzt. Für die rechtliche Begleitung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir Sie als Legal Counsel / Volljurist*in (m/w/d). Eine Funktion, die sowohl strategische als auch operative Verantwortung trägt.

Je nach Ihrem Profil ist die Zusammenarbeit sowohl als Freelancer als auch in Festanstellung möglich. In beiden Varianten arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und stellen sicher, dass alle geschäftlichen Aktivitäten rechtskonform, professionell und zukunftsorientiert gestaltet werden.

Ihre Mission bei uns
Sie übernehmen die vollumfängliche rechtliche Beratung von LifeLink Medical und den verbundenen Unternehmen. Ob Gesellschaftsrecht, Vertragsgestaltung, Arbeitsrecht, M&A, Datenschutz oder Gesundheitsregulatorik. Sie agieren als unternehmensinterne*r Volljurist*in und begleiten operative Entscheidungen ebenso wie strategische Wachstumsprojekte.

Zudem gestalten Sie den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Compliance-Strukturen, Richtlinien und Prozesse maßgeblich mit.

Ihre Stärken

  • Volljurist*in, idealerweise mit Erfahrung als Syndikusanwält*in oder in einer Inhouse-Funktion.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung.
  • Souveräne Kommunikation und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Management und Fachbereichen.
  • Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen und Projektarbeit.
  • Kenntnisse im Healthcare- und regulatorischen Umfeld von Vorteil – Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung sind ausreichend.
