What you'll build:
Position title: SAP Corporate Development iXp Intern (f/m/d) – M&A
Work Area: Customer Service and Support
Location: Munich / Garching office
Expected start date: January, 1st, 2026
In this role, you'll:
- Support Post-Merger Integration: Assist in integrating acquired companies' systems and processes into SAP's global portfolio
- Engage in Due Diligence and Deal Transactions: Contribute to analyzing potential acquisition targets and preparing key reports in English
- Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with international business units and acquired companies worldwide to ensure smooth transitions
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Participate in assessments to maintain high standards of compliance and mitigate risks during integrations
What you bring:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand complex processes and evaluate systems, risks, and compliance requirements
- Strong Communication in English: Confident in writing and speaking English for reports, presentations, and global collaboration
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues across different countries and cultures
- Proactive and Organized: Capable of managing tasks independently, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: Eager to explore corporate development topics and contribute to strategic projects
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
