Manager Tech Transaction Advisory

What we look for:

• You lead and manage Technology & IT (Vendor) Due Diligence projects on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for investors, corporates, and portfolio companies.
• You assess IT landscapes, including architecture, infrastructure, scalability, maintainability, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• You conduct AI Due Diligence to evaluate AI maturity, data strategy, technical feasibility, and innovation potential.
• You identify technical risks, tech debt, and value creation opportunities across technology stacks, platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
• You develop risk mitigation plans, technology roadmaps, and post-transaction improvement strategies.
• You collaborate closely with commercial, digital, and financial DD teams to provide integrated transaction insights.
• You support technology valuation, synergy assessment, and post-merger integration from an IT and data perspective.
• You present findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives, investment committees, and technical stakeholders.
• You mentor and coach team members in delivering high-quality technology and IT due diligence analyses.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
• You bring at least 4 years of relevant experience in Technology Due Diligence, IT Consulting, Digital Strategy, or Technology M&A Advisory.
• You have proven experience working with private equity firms, investors, or corporates in transaction contexts.
• You possess strong knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud environments, software development processes, and AI technologies.
• You have experience assessing IT vendors, technology providers, and outsourced service models from a commercial and technical perspective.
• You are familiar with ERP, CRM, and data platform landscapes and understand system integration and scalability requirements.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical and conceptual skills to translate technical insights into investment-relevant conclusions.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and are confident in engaging with C-level executives and investment professionals.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with architecture modeling tools, data-flow mapping, or code assessment is a strong plus.
• You bring a structured, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology, AI, and value creation in transaction environments.
