Job Summary

As a C50 VVIP Inflight Chef, you are part of CLOUD50's Elite Culinary Ambassador Program and represent the brand at the highest international level. The role combines hands-on culinary excellence with the responsibility of acting as an ambassador for CLOUD50 and the wider TCA Group.

You will design bespoke menus, source exceptional products, and execute dishes with uncompromising quality – from preparation to presentation at altitude. Each assignment requires precision, creativity, and the ability to produce at the highest standard in select kitchens worldwide, ensuring an inflight experience that exceeds expectations.

Beyond the culinary craft, you serve as a trusted host and partner: working seamlessly with flight crews, engaging respectfully with clients, and showcasing CLOUD50's values through professionalism, discretion, and innovation.

This position is both demanding and rewarding – offering the opportunity to deliver Michelin-level dining on long-range aircraft while shaping the future of private aviation gastronomy as one of very few VVIP Inflight Chefs in the world.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

·       Menu Planning & Development – design bespoke menus tailored to client requests and destinations.

·       Procurement & Logistics – coordinate sourcing, manage special requests, and handle premium packaging.

·       Preparation & Cooking – mise en place, production, plating, and live execution onboard.

·       Food Safety & Quality – ensure HACCP compliance, hygiene, and allergen management.

·       Client Interaction – act as a host and storyteller for guests, crew, and customers.

·       Concierge Role – fulfil last-minute requests and unique sourcing challenges.

·       Showcasing & Representation – embody CLOUD50's culinary vision in front of clients and partners.

·       Documentation 

maintain recipes, costs, and operational reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

·       Certified professional chef (apprenticeship diploma or equivalent).

·       Further culinary education preferred.

Work Experience

·       Minimum 5 years in Michelin-starred restaurants and / or 5* hotels.

·       Experience in international fine dining; aviation, yachting, or luxury hospitality a plus.

·       Technical Skills

·       Strong knowledge of international cuisines and pastry.

·       Advanced HACCP and food safety expertise.

·       PC skills (Excel, MS SharePoint, digital communication tools).

·       Driving licence required.

 Full-time, permanent (Swiss law; later transfer to CLOUD50 Germany).

Team Structure:
 Member of a dedicated crew team per aircraft type.

Travel Requirement:
 90–100% globally, main hub Munich.

Compensation:
