About the Position
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing engine from day one. You'll work closely with leadership to define our strategy, create compelling content, and run digital campaigns that drive awareness and demand. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple channels and gives you the opportunity to directly influence how Novada Labs is perceived in the proxy and data infrastructure space.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliate partnerships and paid channels
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of analytics, funnels, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with automation tools
- Strong writing skills for blog posts, case studies, sales materials, and website content
- Manage social media presence across multiple platforms and develop engaging campaigns
- Collaborate with sales team to create compelling sales collateral and marketing materials
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Able to work independently and take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma is a plus
