What you'll do

We are looking for a dedicated Project Management & Administration Specialist (f/m/d) who will support our Product Security teams in project coordination and management tasks and supporting global initiatives that enhance security of our products and services. This is a temporary position for a duration of at least one year (parental leave cover).

Your tasks include:

• Drive the execution of security-related projects and action items, align them with business objectives, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support Product Security leadership team with coordination, meetings organisation, and calendar management.

What you bring

• 2+ years of related professional experience
• Project management experience and a high level of professionalism and flexibility
• Strong coordination and organizational skills incl. calendar, time and expense management
• Good communication skills in German and English language – verbal and written
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and SAP internal systems, such as ISP, Ariba, Concur
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a complex, international environment, to work under pressure and to stay calm in fast-paced situations
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with due care
