Dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Ausbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Lean-Management-Bereichs innerhalb der Global Operational Excellence / Project Management Organisation
  • Verantwortung für Lean-Initiativen, z. B. zur Verbesserung von Produktionsdurchlaufzeiten und zur Reduzierung von Verschwendungen – unter Einbeziehung produktspezifischer und planerischer Rahmenbedingungen, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Termintreue (OTIF)
  • Erkennen und Auswerten von Engpässen sowie Verbesserungspotenzialen in operativen wie administrativen Prozessen
  • Begleitung und Coaching von Führungskräften und Projektleitern im Rahmen interner Lean-Trainingsprogramme
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie im Bereich Operational Excellence (inkl. Lean Six Sigma)
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Schulungen, Workshops und Belt-Trainings zu Lean-Methoden, Six Sigma und Organisationsthemen
  • Steuerung und Moderation regelmäßiger Projekt-Reviews
Dein Hintergrund
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung Projektmanagement
  • Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit KVP-/Lean-Projekten
  • Berufserfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (Pharma, Chemie, Kosmetik, Lebensmittel)
  • Six-Sigma Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse​
