We are a specialized screw dealer with many years of experience in the field of connection technology. Our focus is on high-quality special screws for mechanical engineering, plant engineering and other branches of industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated office employee (m/f/d) who will competently support our customers and reliably support the sales processes.

Your tasks:

  • Advice and support for existing and new customers in the field of special screws
  • Creation and tracking of offers, orders and delivery notes
  • Technical clarification and product recommendation in close coordination with the sales force
  • Coordination with warehouse, purchasing and logistics for on-time order processing
  • Master data maintenance in the ERP system (e.g. articles, prices, customer data)
  • Support in complaint processing and quality assurance
  • Collaboration in the continuous improvement of processes in internal sales

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, industry or trade
  • Experience in the sale of technical products – ideally in the field of fasteners or screws
  • Technical understanding and interest in special screws and their applications
  • Very good written and spoken German skills are mandatory
  • Other language skills (e.g. English, French, Polish, Ukrainian or similar) are an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
