Über Dich
Als House & Community Manager (m/w/d) bist du unsere erste Kontaktperson für unsere Mieter im Haus.

Anstellungsart:
Vollzeit

Aufgaben

  • Check In/ Check Out mit der Durchführung von Übergabeprotokollen beim Ein- und Auszug der Mieter
  • Koordination von Reinigungs- und Technikangelegenheiten
  • Unterstützung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe im gesamten Haus
  • Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit der öffentlichen Bereiche
  • Professioneller Mieterservice
  • Teilnahme an Abteilungsmeetings
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten als Manager on Duty
  • Organisation von kleineren Events und Turnieren wie Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker…

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kreatives und kommunikatives Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung, sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Kenntnisse im MS Office Bereich
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
