Internship - Governance, Compliance & Corporate Management

During your internship, you will be part of our team in the Governance, Compliance & Agencies department of the Group Division Paper and will be given exciting tasks with responsibility.

Your Tasks

• During your internship, you will be actively involved in our Governance & Compliance area.
• In your role, you will support us with the analysis, consulting, and optimization of business processes as well as internal control and management systems.
• Your responsibilities will also include research (internet, databases, other sources), contract management (sales agents, consultants, distributors, etc.), and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• In addition, you will assist with the management and administration of international participation and compliance management.
• You will work independently on small projects and participate in several workshops during your internship.

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student in an advanced semester of a business administration program or a business law student with a background in accounting or contract law and looking for a mandatory internship.
• Ideally, you already have a focus in your studies or initial internship experience in the areas of accounting, controlling, auditing, or contract management.
• We require good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good knowledge of MS Office products.
• Analytical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills complete your profile.
