As a Venture Development Intern, you'll play a key role in building trawa across all core areas. We are hiring on a rolling basis, minimum duration is 3 months.

  • Drive daily operations. You take on hands-on operational tasks and help keep our business running smoothly across all core areas.
  • Support sales and marketing. You assist in planning, preparing, and executing sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research. You analyze markets, identify trends, and generate insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership. You work closely with the CEO and COO on customer projects, investor relations, and the design of operational processes and systems.
  • Lead your own initiatives. You take ownership of projects, drive them forward independently, and are responsible for their success.
  • Contribute to recruiting and organizational development. You help shape our company culture, support recruitment processes, and gain exposure to organizational growth.

Who we are looking for

Standout candidates who want to grow with us:

  • Advanced Bachelor's student, in your gap year, Master's student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements.
  • You have a strong track record – analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high degree of independence set you apart.
  • You're highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to take real responsibility.
  • First practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy, or investment banking is a strong plus.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively – both in German and English.
