Customer Account Manager

My client is a leading Aviation MRO and are expanding their Hannover facilities further with the hiring of permanent Customer Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of existing customers reflecting marketing and industry conditions to improve customer satisfaction
- Interface for customers for handling orders and contracts
- Providing budgeting and repair scopes for engine repairs
- Order management from preparation to invoicing
- Optimizing cost effectiveness
- Supporting the sales department with promotional campaigns
Successful candidates will have:
- Degree in air transport management, aviation management, aerospace engineering, business administration
- 2+ years in account management in the aerospace or MRO sector ideally
- Good IT skills with MS Office, SAP etc
- Willingness to travel or move after approx 2 years of training and development
- Fluent English skills (German or other European skills would be useful)
