They are now looking to appoint an experienced
Electrical Supervisor
to join a high-performing team on a flagship project. This represents an exceptional opportunity for a meticulous professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to the success of a globally renowned contractor.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in mission-critical projects and demonstrate the ability to perform with precision and composure in challenging settings.

Kindly note that all employment terms will align with local labour legislation. The role offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, comprising base salary, living allowance, accommodation, scheduled flights, and a performance-based incentive.

Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor:

  • Supervise all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with project schedules.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Uphold and promote rigorous compliance with Health & Safety standards across all site operations.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive efficient and coordinated project delivery.
  • Apply strong awareness of safe working practices in live environments, ensuring client systems remain fully operational throughout construction.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company policies and procedures, while building and sustaining effective relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

  • Seasoned trades professional with 5–10 years' experience supervising large installation teams and managing subcontractors.
  • In-depth understanding of Health & Safety standards and industry best practices.
  • Skilled in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong multidisciplinary approach.
  • Proficient in the use of software and digital tools to enhance project planning and delivery.
