We're hiring: Controller (f/m/d) – Financial Planning

HQ in Duderstadt (near Göttingen) |
Hybrid: 2 days in office per week

A leading global company in the medical technology space is looking for a
Controller (f/m/d)
to join its Financial Planning team.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support the full planning cycle, from defining assumptions to coordinating international subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement new planning models, including medium-term planning.
• Perform (ad-hoc) analyses to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare clear, high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
• Take ownership of projects focused on improving planning processes and introducing new planning tools.

What you bring

• Degree in economics, finance, controlling, or similar.
• 3+ years' experience in financial planning.
• Advanced Excel skills — especially modelling scenarios and mid-term plans.
• Experience with planning tools (e.g.,
  Jedox
  ) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills in
  German & English
  .
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently.
