Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du arbeitest an unserer modularen Lösung endios one, die auf Skalierung und Flexibilität ausgelegt ist und unserer Kundschaft über das Dashboard viele Anpassungsmöglichkeiten bietet – ganz ohne kundenspezifischen Code.
  • Du entwickelst mit Kotlin vollständig nativ auf Android und musst Dich nicht mit veralteter Legacy herumschlagen.
  • Du nutzt das bereitgestellte Tooling für CI und CD und hilfst, es zu optimieren.
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team die Codequalität durch regelmäßige Code-Reviews, ständigen Austausch und Pull-Requests sicher.
  • Du arbeitest mit Testversionen über Firebase App Distribution und nutzt Crashlytics für das Monitoring.
  • Du verwendest moderne Tools und Libraries wie Koin Dependency Injection, Kotlin Coroutines, Jetpack Compose und Navigation – immer mit dem Anspruch, technologisch up to date zu sein.
  • Du setzt dich für eine hohe Testabdeckung ein und richtest deinen Code darauf aus.
  • Du entwickelst eigene Android Studio Plugins und Python-Skripte, die dir den Alltag erleichtern.
  • Du arbeitest mit Tools wie GitHub, Figma, Jira und Confluence.
  • Du bist Teil eines nach Scrum basierten agilen Teams und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in Konzeptentwicklung, CI/CD, QA, Release-Management sowie die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams wie PO, Design, Customer Success oder Account Management.

Dein Background

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Android-Entwickler, in der du hervorragenden Code geschrieben und Qualitätslösungen in einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung bereitgestellt hast.
  • Du beherrschst moderne Tools und Best Practices der Android-Entwicklung (z. B. Compose, Coroutines, Figma).
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für sauberen, testbaren Code und lebst das Prinzip: "You build it, you own it."
  • Du interessierst dich für KI und nutzt KI-Tools (z. B. GitHub CoPilot), um deine tägliche Arbeit und Ergebnisse zu optimieren.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Selbstständigkeit, Lösungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aus.
  • Du bist immer an einer Lösungsfindung interessiert und nutzt Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
