Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Manager Turnaround & Restructuring -  Distressed M&A (m/w/d) übernimmst du die (Teil-)Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung und die Durchführung von Unternehmenstransaktionen in der Krise – und trägst so zum nachhaltigen Erhalt von Unternehmen und Arbeitsplätzen bei.

  • Führung: Du übernimmst die (Teil-)Projektleitung für Distressed M&A-Prozesse, koordinierst die Arbeitspakete und leitest Teammitglieder an.
  • Analyse: Du analysierst Märkte, Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle in Vorbereitung von Unternehmenstransaktionen.
  • Konzeption: Du entwickelst Sanierungsskizzen für Unternehmen in Sondersituationen und erstellst alle relevanten Prozessdokumente.
  • Kommunikation: Als Teil des Projektteams bist du ein zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für die Stakeholder, koordinierst Transaktionsprozesse und begleitest Kaufvertragsvertragsverhandlungen bis zum Signing / Closing.
  • Projektmanagement: Du verantwortest administrative Themen wie Erstellung von Auftragsschreiben, Budgetcontrolling und Abrechnung.
Dein Skillset:
  • Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, im Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder im Wirtschaftsrecht 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in M&A-Prozessen, idealerweise im Distressed M&A
  • Zahlenaffinität, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte, Teamorientierung sowie erste Erfahrung als Führungskraft
  • Hohes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung, Konzeptionsstärke, agile Arbeitsweise, souveräne Kommunikation mit anspruchsvollen Zielgruppen
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Freude an der Kommunikation und Präsentation auf Deutsch und Englisch (sehr gut in Wort und Schrift) in anspruchsvollen Unternehmensumfeldern
