Deine Aufgaben

Im Bereich SSC Global Finance Services sind wir für das Accounting der europäischen Tochtergesellschaften des Beiersdorf Konzerns, die weltweite Stammdatenpflege sowie den Support von internationalen Projekten zuständig. Diese breite Palette der Themen bietet spannende Herausforderungen und die Chance, viele Aspekte aus dem Accounting in SAP und dem Shared Service Betrieb kennenzulernen. Die digitale Transformation in unserem Geschäftsfeld bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten, Prozesse zu optimieren und durch den Einsatz modernster Technologien (z.B. Robotics Process Automation) weiter zu automatisieren. Wende dein bisher erworbenes Wissen im Rahmen von praktischen Anwendungsfällen an und erweitere so deine Kenntnisse.

Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist im Global Master Data Team, wo du:

  • eng mit unseren Lieferanten, anderen Abteilungen bei GFS, der Beiersdorf AG und anderen Beiersdorf Tochtergesellschaften in Kontakt sein wirst
  • zusammen mit dem Team einen reibungslosen Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) Prozess von Bestellung bis Zahlung der Rechnung gewährleistest
  • tiefe Einblicke in unsere Stammdatenpflege erhalten und aktiv bei der Anlage neuer Lieferanten in SAP tätig sein wirst
  • schwerpunktmäßig bei der Bestätigung von Bankinformationen für Lieferanten zum Einsatz kommst
Dein Profil
  • Du studierst idealerweise Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Ordentlich immatrikuliert während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zugewandte und verbindliche Kommunikation via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Spaß am Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
    Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
