Job Responsibilities
- Lead the in-depth maintenance and strategic expansion of relationships with overseas financial institutions, including commercial banks, multilateral institutions, ECA institutions, and potential market investors. Relying on profound network resources, accurately locate and efficiently allocate financial resources to target markets, provide strong financial guarantees for the steady advancement of the company's international business, and actively explore new cooperation opportunities to expand the company's financial cooperation landscape.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the operation models, internal approval mechanisms, and risk preferences of various financial institutions such as foreign banks. Based on market dynamics and the company's business needs, accurately judge and direct financial resources to the correct markets in a timely manner, helping the company seize financing opportunities promptly and effectively respond to challenges brought by market fluctuations.
- Be responsible for actively marketing the company's brand among overseas financial institutions, formulating targeted brand promotion strategies, and enhancing the acceptance and influence of the Goldwind brand in the international financial market. For the company's strategic regions and newly developed regions, conduct market research in advance, fully understand the market acceptance of the Goldwind brand, the conditions required for financing feasibility, accurately identify market obstacles, and formulate practical solutions combined with local market characteristics to clear obstacles for the company's business to successfully enter new markets.
- Be responsible for the design and implementation of project financing plans. According to different market environments, industry attributes, and the strength of owners, tailor personalized financing solutions. The plan design should comprehensively consider factors such as cost, risk, and feasibility. At the same time, have strong plan promotion capabilities to ensure the smooth implementation of financing plans and meet the capital needs of projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or related majors.
- Have more than 10 years of work experience in overseas financing, and be familiar with the operation rules of the international financing market.
- English is the first language, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be proficient in using English for business negotiations and document processing.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to collaborate efficiently with overseas financial institutions and various internal departments of the company to promote work.
- Possess strong market analysis capabilities and risk judgment capabilities, and be able to accurately grasp market dynamics and potential risks to provide professional support for company decisions.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and frequent international business interactions.
