Du definierst Standards, entwickelst Tools und Prozesse – und bringst so das Thema Künstliche Intelligenz in den digitalen Kern von DERTOUR.Deine MissionBaue es auf: Du entwickelst und verantwortest die technische Basis unserer AI-getriebenen SEO- und Content-Prozesse – von Architektur bis RolloutKonzeption und Umsetzung von AI-gestützten Pipelines für Briefing, Texterstellung, Analyse und QualitätsbewertungAufbau und Implementierung von RAG-Systemen, AI-Agenten und automatisierten Workflows für datengetriebene SEO-AbläufeEntwicklung interner KI-gestützter Tools und Reporting-Strukturen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit SEO-, Content-, Data- und Development-Teams, um innovative AI-Lösungen in die Praxis zu bringenMitwirkung an der SEO-AI-Strategie als technischer Enabler und InnovatorDein ProfilMindestens Jahre Erfahrung im SEO oder in Tech-/Data-Rollen mit starkem Engineering-FokusSehr gute Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (zB Python), Daten-Pipelines und API-IntegrationenErfahrung im Umgang mit LLMs (z. B.
