Our HR team is a core team at DHL Consulting and takes care of all HR-related topics for the global organization of DHL Consulting.

As a "Working Student - Employer Branding"you will be part of the DHL Consulting HR Marketing & Recruiting team and work with us on finding and attracting the best talents available in a highly competitive market.


Your key responsibilities include connecting with university career services, posting our current openings at universities across Europe, and supporting candidate management and communication.You will help organize university recruiting events, office visits and support on other employer branding tasks. Next to that, there will be chances to gain insights into the different topics that the HR department of a management consultancy is taking care of.

You will have the flexibility to establish your working arrangements between 8 and 20 hours per week, depending on your availability. We aim to fill this position as soon as possible and are looking to collaborate with you for a minimum of twelve months. Extension of the position may be possible based on actual demand.

  • You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or other related subjects
  • You just started your Master program andlive somewhere in the region of Cologne/Bonn, Germany
  • Ideally, you have gained first experience in recruiting, employer branding, marketing, event organization topics and/or administrative tasks
  • You know your way around in Microsoft Excel and find it easy to orientate yourself in various online platforms (e.g., application tracking systems)
  • You are fluent in English & proficient in German and have gained experience in an international environment
  • You have good organizational and communication skills
  • You are flexible, team-oriented, and open-minded
