GEN AI Architect

• Define and maintain reference architectures and GenAI blueprints for scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems.
• Align GenAI initiatives with business goals, regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act), and emerging technology trends.
• Design solutions that integrate GenAI with legacy systems (e.g., MES, ERP), ensuring interoperability and business continuity.
• Understand AI governance policies covering data privacy, security, and ethical use.
• Partner with project managers, data scientists, and IT architects to ensure architectural consistency and strategic alignment.
• Present architectural insights and investment recommendations to the manager

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-scale GenAI systems.
• Proven experience designing GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace) and vector databases.
• Strong grasp of architectural principles, scalability, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI technology road mapping.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial systems integration.
• Not focused on model training — this is an architecture role.
• Strong communication skills.
