Marketing & Wachstum
  • Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen, skalierbaren Marketingstrategie
  • Budgetplanung & Steuerung
  • Führung von Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Paid Performance und CRM gemeinsam mit unserer Head of Growth und Commerce 
  • Analyse von KPIs, Ableitung von Maßnahmen, Priorisierung
  • Entwicklung integrierter Kampagnen für große Produktmomente & Launches
  • Ausbau von Markenbekanntheit und Sichtbarkeit – organisch + Paid
Brand & Creative
  • Verantwortung für die gesamte visuelle Markenidentität
  • Führung des Kreativteams (Grafik, Foto, Video, Content)
  • Entwicklung starker visueller Leitideen für Kampagnen & Storytelling
  • Gestaltung hochwertiger Präsentationen, Moodboards und Brand-Guidelines
  • Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts über alle Touchpoints
  • Verantwortung für Ästhetik, Bildsprache und kreative Qualität
Fotoshootings
  • kreative Leitung und organisatorische Abwicklung aller Shootings
  • Entwicklung der Konzepte, Sets, Looks & Moodboards
  • Briefing von Fotograf:innen, Models und Crew
  • Leitung am Set & finale Bildauswahl
Führung & Zusammenarbeit
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Marketing- und Kreativteams
  • Vermittlung von Struktur, Klarheit und Prioritäten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Gründerin, Performance & Produktentwicklung
  • Konstruktives Konfliktmanagement und Teamkultur-Gestaltung


Deine Superpower.
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in Marketing, Brand Leadership oder Creative Direction
  • idealerweise Background in Beauty, Lifestyle oder Fashion
  • Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und gleichzeitig operativ zu gestalten
  • sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, Budgets, KPIs und Sales-Funnels
  • starker kreativer Blick, hohe Ästhetik- und Designkompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Fotoshootings & Kampagnenproduktion
  • Routine im Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite + Präsentationstools
  • Führungskompetenz mit Empathie, Ruhe und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Stressresistenz
