Deine Mission

AIMEY ist eine AI-First Plattform für Performance Marketing. Unsere Technologie automatisiert Google Ads von Setup bis Optimierung – Kund:innen sehen schnelle, messbare Ergebnisse. Jetzt suchen wir dich, um diese Ergebnisse zu validieren, Kunden erfolgreich zu machen und AIMEY weiterzuentwickeln.

Du führst Kund:innen vom Vertragsabschluss zum Aha-Moment. Dabei kombinierst du Google-Ads-Know-how mit Account-Management-Skills, stellst Performance sicher und bringst Insights direkt ins Produkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Onboarding und Go-Lives orchestrieren, KPIs definieren, Tracking validieren
  • Automatisierte Kampagnen überwachen, Ergebnisse prüfen, Quick Wins heben
  • Kundenteams befähigen, AIMEY eigenständig zu nutzen (Demos, Playbooks, Best Practices)
  • Performance-Analysen erstellen, Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
  • Feedback aus Kundenprojekten ins Produktteam einbringen

Dein Profil

  • 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Account Management / Customer Success oder Performance Marketing
  • Fundiertes Google Ads Verständnis (Search, Display, Video, PMax)
  • Kenntnisse in Tracking & Analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, Reporting)
  • Analytisch, kundenorientiert, stark in Kommunikation
  • Deutsch & Englisch fließend
