We're expanding our Barcelona hub and seeking German-speaking professionals to support an advanced Digital Marketing Ads platform that enables businesses to grow globally.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the German market and can partner with fast-growing companies, from early-stage startups to future unicorns. You'll focus on guiding clients through onboarding, strengthening product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities to expand and upsell.
ResponsibilitiesAs an onboarding manager, you will be both an advisor and a strategist, ensuring new clients gain value quickly while building strong foundations for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound calls to promote Google Ads solutions.
