Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Tester located in Berlin, with flexibility for partial remote work arrangements. The Software Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, documenting results, and reporting issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed test plans, identifying bugs, collaborating with development teams to resolve them, and ensuring that the software meets quality assurance standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail to maintain the performance and functionality of software applications.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Software Testing, Test Execution, and the creation and management of Test Cases
- Solid understanding and experience in Quality Assurance processes and best practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex software issues
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with development and engineering teams
- Technical expertise with testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
