Aufgaben

Als Working Student Marketing Strategy unterstützt du das Marketing-Leadership-Team – bei strategischen Projekten sowie im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du arbeitest an zentralen Wachstums- und Transformationsinitiativen und hilfst dabei, komplexe Themen strukturiert, datenbasiert und management-tauglich aufzubereiten.

  • Unterstützung bei strategischen Marketing- und Growth-Projekten (z. B. Go-to-Market-Strategien, Marktanalysen, Business Cases).
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Management-Präsentationen, Entscheidungsunterlagen und Strategy Slides (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • Recherche und Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trenddaten (SaaS, AI, UCaaS, CX).
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Marketing-Strategien, Positionierungen und Storylines.
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management-Meetings und Steering Committees.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Strukturierung von größeren Initiativen (z. B. Produktlaunches, Expansion, neue Growth-Themen).
  • Operative Unterstützung im Marketing-Alltag, z. B. Koordination von Aufgaben, Dokumentation von Learnings und Nachbereitung von Workshops.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Produkt, Sales und Management.
Qualifikation
  • Eingeschriebene_r_ Student/in im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Management, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Starkes Interesse an Marketingstrategie, Growth, SaaS- und Tech-Geschäftsmodellen.
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von Präsentationen und strukturierten Unterlagen (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie Freude an Recherche, Strukturierung und Ableitung von klaren Aussagen.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen schnell zu verstehen und verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office / Google Workspace; erste Erfahrung mit Analytics- oder Research-Tools ist ein Plus.
