The Difference You Will Make

As Senior Program Manager – Germany, you will be the driving force behind expanding Host Services in one of the most strategic markets in Europe. Acting as the business owner for Germany, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, craft and execute local strategies, and ensure programs and services are optimized for host success. Your efforts will directly influence business performance, user experience, and supply growth in the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategy Development:
    Gain a deep understanding of the German market and design tailored strategies that support host engagement, growth, and satisfaction.

  • Business Analysis:
    Evaluate service performance across metrics like quality, supply growth, and availability. Use insights to drive key decisions and continuous improvements.

  • Program & Process Leadership:
    Champion local needs and insights within the global Host Services team. Lead initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment and impactful delivery.

  • Community Management:
    Represent Host Services in Germany, providing hosts with updates, support, and best practices. Serve as a key link between the community and internal teams.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with senior leaders including the Germany Country Manager and regional business heads to align Host Services within broader strategic priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of professional experience across sales, business operations, and project/program management

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, growth strategies, and local market dynamics

  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  • Comfortable working towards targets and handling short- and mid-term challenges effectively

  • Experienced in building strong external partnerships and internal collaborations

  • Highly proactive and autonomous with excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Creative thinker who can bring innovative solutions to market-specific challenges

  • Fluent in German and English
