Your Responsibilities- In Deiner Funktion als Laborkoordinator:in übernimmst Du die Leitung des nach DIN EN ISO 17025 akkreditierten Prüflaboratoriums Feststoffanalytik
- Du verantwortest die anforderungs- und termingerechte Untersuchung von Feststoffen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Kunden in allen analytischen Belangen
- Du begleitest alle relevanten Audits im eigenen Bereich und führst Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Abweichungsmanagements durch
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Verfahrensanweisungen, Prüfplänen sowie Prüfvorschriften gemäß den Bestimmungen des Qualitätsmanagements in einem nach DIN EN ISO 17025 akkreditierten Labor
- Du arbeitest stets an der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der im Unternehmen geltenden Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzleitlinien und Erreichung derer Ziele mit
- Du hast vorzugsweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt in der chemischen Analytik
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit der DIN EN ISO 17025 im Rahmen eines chemischen Analytiklaboratoriums
- Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Verbrennungs- und Röntgenfluoreszenzanalytik
- Du überzeugst durch Dein souveränes Auftreten und Deine Führungsqualitäten
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist belastbar und zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Motivationsstärke aus
